Rogers AT&T "Off The Wire" Quarterly Newsletter

Deployed to current and prospective customers, these HTML emails were part of Rogers' quarterly campaign. Three versions of the "Off The Wire" newsletter targeted the consumer, corporate and small business markets separately in an effort to build the customer relationship and the Rogers brand, with a secondary goal of driving consumers to upgrade to new features and phones.

The premier issue of these emails had above-average open rates and a below-average unsubcribe ratio, but highlighted a need to develop a transition strategy to move recipients from the email to the Rogers website.

An integrated campaign to promote the launch of the latest revision to Microsoft's popular Windows Server operating system. MacLaren was engaged to produce banners, a splash page, an invitation email, and more.

Windows Server 2003 promised to deliver greater network productivity and reliability with less time, money and hassle.

Another Microsoft Go-To-Market campaign, requiring the development of banners, a splash page, google keywords and MSN text links. This was part of the same Infrastructure media buy that the NT Upgrade (Windows 2000) campaign utilized.

The "hearbeat" banner features heart monitor audio on the banner hotspot as a small easter egg of sorts.

Another Microsoft Solution that required the development of a splash page for Microsoft.ca, a HTML email and Google keywords.

The HTML email was an invitation to a Microsoft headquarters discussion on developing an Enterprise Project Management Strategy, which, along with the Google keywords, drove to a splash page containing information on that solution.

Part of the Microsoft Solutions campaign, Business Intelligence allows companies to store and analyze data from disparate sources to better forecast performance.

As with all of Microsoft Go-To-Market initiatives, BI required the development of everything from text links and Google keywords to Flash banners and a Microsoft.ca splash page.
