My Torso (Left Side) See description below. The 12" long vertical scar down the middle of my torso has been used (and re-used) for four operations so far: Two in 1990, one in 1995 and most recently on June 4th, 2000 (bike accident). Its most recent use facilitated the removal of my right kidney, repair of a punctured lung, repair of my ruptured stomach, repair of my chewed up liver, and some other stuff necessary at the time. The small, horizontal scar to the right is one half of my old colostomy.
